The Sony PDW-F355L camcorder is part of the Sony XDCAM HD tapeless range and is designed for todays AV/IT HD workflow, recording to 50 GB Dual Layer Professional Discs*.

The camcorder gives you the choice of shooting 50i/59.94i/23.98P/25P/29.97P pictures in HD and SD (DVCAM). Using three 1/2 inch HD CCD sensors, the PDW-F355 allows shooting and recording in both progressive scan and interlace scan modes with an HD image of 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Shooting functions provide various effects which include slow shutter function, time lapse (interval recording) and a slow & quick motion function providing overcranking and undercranking film like effects.
