Something's got to give...Date: 13th May, 2008 |
Congratulations goes out to the Third Eye Film Team for their recent success with Three Miles North of Molkom.
After World Premiere sell-outs in competition at IDFA, Three Miles North of Molkom won the Audience Award for Best Feature at the Gothenburg International Film Festival (out of 450 dramas and documentaries), before appearing at Hot Docs.
Variety commented on the film "Production values are first-rate, especially Mike Hill's sound and Joseph Russell's HD work, which captures the haunted, shadowy sunlight of a Swedish summer and makes the colours of the surrounding village pop like it was the cover of a kid's board game.”
Three Miles North of Molkom was on-lined at On Sight, other work including grading and HD deliverables. On Sight shall be wishing Third Eye luck at the 62nd Edinburgh International Film Festival taking place in June, where the film will make its UK premiere.
